Sharon L. Heck is Vice President of Finance and the Director of Global Tax at Intel Corporation. She leads the global tax team responsible for Intel’s U.S. federal, foreign, state and local taxes. She is responsible for all aspects of the global tax function including audits, policy, compliance, planning, transfer pricing, due diligence and risk management. In 2018, she joined Intel with a history of finance and tax leadership experience as a partner with two major public accounting firms. Recently, she served as Vice President of Tax and Corporate Secretary for Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in their Omaha, Nebraska world headquarters. During her almost three decades of experience, Heck pursued a passion for working with large organizations on matters related to tax function effectiveness and operational excellence.
